Who we are

Aixmi Partners is responsible for the personal data you send us through this website. For anything about your data, email us at hello@aixmipartners.gr.

What we collect

Only what you send us. The "Book a meeting" form stores nothing on this website: it opens your own email app with the details you entered, and you decide whether to send it.

If you email us, we receive what the email contains, usually your name, company, role, email address, optionally your phone number, and your message.

Why we use it

To reply, to arrange a meeting and, if we work together, for that work. The legal basis is steps you ask us to take before a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

As long as our conversation needs it. If we don’t end up working together, we delete it within 12 months at the latest. If we do, we keep it as long as the law requires.

Cookies and tracking

We use no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own website, not from third parties.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operation. Our email runs on Google Workspace.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a copy, by emailing hello@aixmipartners.gr. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
